Our client, a dynamic and well-respected architectural firm based in Dublin City South, is seeking a brand-new Reception Operations Coordinator to join their team.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to all front office operations, as well as administrative support to the team and Senior Management.
* Manage all front desk operations and activities
* Welcome visitors and manage inbound communications
* Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for Senior Management and team
* Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes
* Perform administrative duties, including filing and database management
* Prepare presentations, reports, and other high-level documents
* Manage office facilities, supplies, vendors, maintenance, and repairs
Requirements
* Previous experience in a reception or administrative role (minimum 1-3 years)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Professional and friendly demeanor with a focus on providing exceptional service
