Reception/Office Administrator Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to fill the role of Reception/Office Administrator in our Longfield office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake reception duties, including meeting and greeting clients, answering phone calls, and responding to queries.
* Utilize our integrated Case Management System (Proclaim) for efficient processing, delivery, and storage of information.
* Perform first contact administration tasks, including taking and processing incoming payments.
* Prepare post for dispatch and undertake photocopying duties as required.
* Deliver messages and assist colleagues with administrative tasks when needed.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Possesses a good educational standard with an eye for detail.
* Demonstrates initiative and prioritizes workload effectively.
* Holds a good working knowledge of Word and possesses keyboard skills.
* Accurate typing skills are essential, with a legal secretarial qualification being desirable.
* Exhibits excellent communication skills, with a confident, friendly, and outgoing manner both over the phone and in person.
* Displays IT competency and owns transport due to occasional overtime requirements.
* Is dependable and flexible to meet business needs, occasionally working weekends.
* Maintains a smart appearance and presents a pleasant and friendly demeanor.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
