Key Responsibilities:
* Verify plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy.
* Interpret contract design documents from clients or architects.
* Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the workforce.
* Set out using various instruments provided by the company.
* Supervise subcontractor work, report progress, and address issues.
* Maintain quality management and BCAR coordination.
* Adhere to planning, health and safety, and environmental standards.
* Provide weekly and monthly reports to site teams and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Full clean manual driver's license is essential.
* Strong IT skills and ability to translate technical details.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail.
