Administrative Support Position
We are seeking an Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support across various divisions in the University of Limerick. This is a temporary contract position with a variable duration ranging from 3-9 months, with potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional administrative support across all areas.
* Utilize Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as website updating skills.
* Maintain working knowledge of Core HR and UL health and safety policies and practices.
Requirements:
* Demonstrate commitment to customer service and possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
* Showcase high levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills with evidence of being an effective team member.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently on own initiative, with high levels of self-motivation and flexibility.
* Proven organizational and time management skills, with ability to meet strict deadlines.
Qualifications:
* A minimum of two years relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.
Working Conditions:
Mainly on-campus work activities will take place in university buildings, offices, and meeting rooms. Some flexibility may be required to work outside normal hours to deliver key project events.
