Job Description
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supervisory roles and mechanical trades, with a proven ability to collaborate with subcontractors, manage employees, and coordinate with consultants and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
* Manage and supervise on-site personnel, including construction workers, subcontractors, and tradespeople.
* Collaborate with consultants and project teams to resolve technical issues and ensure project goals are met.
* Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
* Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a supervisory role or related position in the construction industry.
* Experience in mechanical trades such as plumbing, HVAC, duct, and pipe work is essential.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Knowledge of construction regulations, codes, and standards.
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in construction management or related field.
Offer:
A competitive salary ranging from €70,000 - €90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
