Staff Engineer, Process Optimisation Hybrid
Provide technical oversight and leadership for a specific process, project, or function. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in a Technical, Engineering, Automation, or Business Process area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a process optimisation project from concept to production handover.
* Develop and lead process development activities for significant process optimisation projects.
* Conduct technical assessments to determine Regulatory impact and deliverables required.
* Analyse manufacturing processes and advise on potential improvements.
* Support cost reduction projects across the site.
Requirements:
* Level 8 (Hons) Degree in Engineering or Science.
* Minimum 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Demonstrable analytical & problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Detail-oriented with a passion for optimising existing and new processes.
* Experience in an FDA regulated industry.
* Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing experience with proven results.
Salary:
Estimated salary €80,000 - €110,000 per annum based on location (Cork/Limerick).
