Job Title: Customer Onboarding Specialist Advisor for Cloud ERP

Description:
* Manage a portfolio of accounts with moderate complexity, overseeing customer onboarding, implementation, and adoption needs.
* Deliver One-to-Many customer engagements focused on successful onboarding and activation.
* Onboard and orient customers, addressing challenges and questions to break through barriers.
* Introduce customers to key resources, adjust engagements to fit their needs, and set onboarding delivery expectations.
* Participate in developing customer-facing collaterals/best practices.
* Advise on transformation, project, and technology readiness areas.
* Guide customers through enablement planning aligned with business goals and identified needs.
* Jointly plan the delivery of targeted customer best practice guidance along the customer onboarding lifecycle.
* Effectively communicate customer status and risks to internal and external stakeholders.
* Support/Attend customer enablement events as needed.
* Continuously build upon and enhance knowledge around topics within the portfolio.
* Collaborate and communicate with SAP sales and post-sales account team members.
Requirements:
* Customer Onboarding Specialist Advisor experience working with external clients and software implementations.
* Post-sale account management, sales or project experience within Cloud ERP, especially GROW with SAP and RISE with SAP offering.
* Global teams and environments experience.
* Multiple software implementations experience as a Project or Post-Sales Account Manager, Consultant, or Presales.
* Cloud solutions experience, preferably SAP.
* Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA private and public editions.
* Strong understanding of the customer onboarding lifecycle from strategic and tactical perspectives.
* SAP internal processes and tools knowledge around customer management and engagement.
* Comfortable delivering content to customers in a One-on-One or one-to-many environment.
* Strong communication skills and ability to present recommendations to senior levels.
* Fluent in English and French (oral and written).
