About the Role:
Our client is a leading global brand in the tourism and travel space. They have an exciting opportunity on their team with an immediate start date as Marketing Manager. This position will lead marketing initiatives in key local markets, helping drive business growth and brand visibility for our client. Reporting to the Global Marketing Lead, this role involves creating and executing tailored marketing strategies for specific regions, aligning with global goals while addressing local market needs.
The Marketing Manager will develop and execute local marketing strategies for key regions, supporting business growth and brand visibility. This role involves managing media plans to drive awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue while ensuring alignment with global marketing objectives. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage agency relationships, track campaign performance, and optimize future strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute local marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.Localise and implement media plans across various channels.Drive audience engagement and conversion using data insights.Oversee marketing campaigns to ensure relevance and drive results.Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to integrate media strategies.Monitor campaign performance, optimize for better results, and manage the marketing budget.
Qualifications & Skills:
Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.5+ years experience in media planning, campaign execution, or operations.Strong analytical skills and experience with both traditional and digital media channels.Proven project management abilities and excellent communication skills.Experience managing budgets and working cross-functionally with various teams.
Salary from 60K - 65K DOE - 9 month FTC
