My client, Ireland's leading car provider, is looking to hire a Customer Service Executive for a 12-month contract. Reporting to the Customer Relations Team Leader, you will be a key member of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves daily communication with customers and the dealer network via telephone and email.
Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer communications, including telephone, postal, web, and email inquiries.
2. Record customer queries in our CRM system according to internal processes to ensure accurate reporting.
3. Address all customer queries promptly and professionally.
4. Take ownership of customer queries, concerns, and issues, resolving them efficiently.
5. Collaborate with external providers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
6. Work with the Customer Relations Team Leader to provide monthly reporting and as requested.
7. Undertake any other reasonable tasks as requested by senior management or the Director.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a key customer service role is essential.
2. Customer-driven with the ability to build relationships with customers and the dealer network.
3. Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering the highest standards of customer experience.
4. Capable of working independently and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong computer skills, with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Salesforce is preferable.
6. Previous experience in the motor industry is an asset.
