About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team at Spirit Ford Wicklow.
As a Technician in Spirit Ford Wicklow, you will be responsible for servicing vehicles to the highest standards of the Spirit Motor Group and the manufacturers specifications and guidelines.
You will work in our state-of-the-art facilities, diagnosing, testing and repairing faults using the latest technologies, including those related to PHEV and EV vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose, test and repair faults using the latest technology
* Servicing vehicles to the highest standards of the Spirit Motor Group and the manufacturers specifications and guidelines
* Working with our brand range, including the latest release models
* Liaising with the service desk to communicate requirements, additional parts and repairs on customer vehicles

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Up to 3 years experience as a technician, 4th year apprentice or completed a masters automotive programme in a European training centre
* Ability to diagnose, test and repair faults using the latest technology
* Experience working with EV and PHEV vehicles is an advantage
* Attention to detail when completing documentation and IT systems
* Fluent written & spoken English and good communication skills
* Full, valid, clean driving licence
* Knowledge and understanding of health and safety practices in the industry
