People Development Specialist L&D
We are seeking a People Development Specialist L&D to join our well-established Life Sciences Company in Cork.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the development of internal training programs, collaborating with senior management to deliver site-wide L&D strategy.
* Support and deliver Global Leadership Development Programs.
* Own and track site metrics for People Development, focusing on business impact and ROI.
* Deliver and provide feedback on selected psychometric assessments at individual and team levels.
* Contribute to employee engagement, culture, and wellbeing initiatives across the site.
* Implement the full HRD cycle, from identifying needs to evaluating program effectiveness.
* Maintain a drive for ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date on key trends in the L&D space.
Requirements:
* Professional qualification in Organizational Psychology, Training, Learning and Development, or Human Resource Development, with manufacturing/industry experience.
* Training delivery and evaluation skills (Train the Trainer QQI Level 6) or equivalent.
* Preferrably qualified Coach and psychometric qualification, particularly Insights.
Desirable Qualities:
* Previous pharmaceutical or manufacturing experience.
* Positive attitude, proven ability to work collaboratively, and strong interpersonal skills.
* Able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for people development, with a record of enabling and supporting change.
* Experience delivering to diverse audiences and tailoring approaches.
* Strong understanding of teamwork and effective team environments.
* Excellent communication and self-motivation skills.

This is a contract role, requiring a Stamp 1G/Stamp 4 visa.
