Technology & Engineering Division Senior Advisor
One of the world's fastest growing and best-known software companies whose business application platform (SaaS) is used by thousands of global companies is strengthening their Customer Support Team and would like to appoint a Customer & Tech Savvy team member to log tech cases via the service desk and triage to the correct technical team.
At a Glance
* This role offers an annual salary of €33,000 per year
* It's hybrid – so 2/3 days onsite in state-of-the-art offices in Dublin city center.
* The role will begin as an 11-month contract (possibility of conversion)

Your profile
* To be successful within this role you will ideally have gained 2+ years’ experience supporting customers within a software, SaaS, PaaS, or similar environment.
* You will have experience in troubleshooting and basic ITIL knowledge.
* You will have gained experience working with an IT ticketing platform such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, SolarWinds, etc.
