HR Executive/Analyst North Cork
This is an exciting opportunity to join a North Cork business and be involved in all areas of HR, supported by the HR Manager. You will have significant autonomy in the role, with full support from the HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics:
* You will be the onsite HR representative, participating in all areas of HR, while also being heavily involved in collecting and compiling HR metrics and data from various sources, including time and attendance systems, employee culture surveys, exit interviews, employment records, 1-to-1 coaching sessions, training databases, and other systems in place.
* You will analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns related to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
* You will prepare reports on data results, presenting and explaining findings to the HR Manager.
* Based on metrics and analysis, you will make recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture, including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, motivate and retain employees, address staffing issues, and maintain legal compliance.
Recruitment/Onboarding/Retention/Review:
* You will arrange and conduct inductions for all new hires, covering all aspects of the recruitment process from advertising to induction on site.
Data Management:
* You will perform data cleansing to ensure up-to-date and meaningful information on systems, allowing for accurate reporting and data.
Compliance:
* You will conduct or assist with internal HR compliance audits.
HR Support:
* You will be the point of contact for all HR queries and will receive support from the HR Manager for more complex issues.
Required Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ability to create spreadsheets, graphs, and presentations
* Proficient with or ability to quickly navigate the organization's software platforms (e.g., TMS, nVolve)
* Strong administrative skills
* A background and qualification in HR, Business Administration, or related field
