Job Responsibilities
As an Administration Support role, you will provide administrative support, communication management, schedule management, document control, and reception support.
Main Responsibilities:
1. General administration support to senior management and the site services support team:
o Calendar management and logistics support
o Organising meeting schedules
2. Supporting the planning of events on/off site
3. Performing confidential administrative support for internal processes:
o Visitor support (e.g. transportation and local hotels)
o Regulatory Audit Logistic Support
4. Carrying out Document Control compliance activity – in the Quality Docs system and managing filing and archiving
5. A member of the Reception Cover team supporting duties as needed
Requirements

* 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
