Bring energy, knowledge, and innovation to carry out the following:
* Take custody of Primary packaging and Single-use materials BOM in Warehouse. Perform Wipe ins and Delayering through PSA from Unclassified to Grade D ahead of batch activity.
* Set up and manage Kanban’s in PSA and IPT and coordinate signals back to the existing warehouse for efficient transport of materials to the building.
* Take custody of Kanban Material in Warehouse, replenishing existing Kanbans.
* Liaising with Facilities, ensure Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and replenishment of the same is in place.
* Ensure SAP Material accuracy and visibility in IPT, completing Prod 183 cycle counting and ensuring accurate consumption of Material to process orders.
* Develop as a SAP SME, promoting and raising the proficiency of SAP usage with IPT.
* Monitor Ambient Capacity levels and ensure spaces are allocated as per the agreed allocation strategy (Key backup batches available for critical materials).
* Monitor 2-8 Capacity levels and organise timely transfer of materials to Main Site 2-8 Warehouse.
Requirements
Skills Required:
* Experience in working in a GMP environment.
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Proven track record of working within well-established, high-performing teams.
* Previous Warehousing Experience.
* Must be able to lift 50 pounds, light computer skills, FDA experience.
* Proactive attitude towards work and ability to multitask when required.
* Excellent knowledge of cGMP and GDP preferred.
* Proficiency in MS Office and job-related computer applications.
* Excellent time management skills - demonstrated ability to meet strict timelines.
