Corporate Finance Manager - Energy & Infrastructure

Job Description:
* Advising clients on strategic direction and make-up of their investments
* Business planning and business case design and review pertaining to these strategic investments
* Advising public and private clients in relation to the procurement of infrastructure assets through different forms of contracting and procurement models
* Mergers, buyouts, and disposals – buying and selling businesses and assets in the infrastructure sector
* Advising public and private clients in relation to the procurement and funding of infrastructure assets through PPP
Responsibilities:
* Working effectively as a team member by sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior members on progress
* Reviewing Excel models under supervision and arriving at preliminary conclusions
* Understanding, manipulating, and interpreting financial data and client information, drawing appropriate conclusions
* Reviewing analytics and presenting to a range of boards and CEOs
* Day-to-day progression of assignments to include; planning, preparing, and reviewing various forms of deliverables to include reports and presentations
Requirements:
* At least 5-7 years of Corporate Finance and/or Project Finance experience coming from an Energy, infrastructure, and/or M&A background
* Tertiary qualified to Level 9 master's level and/or ACA, ACCA, CFA qualified
