We are seeking Product Implementation Technician to join our Project Team.
The main function of this role is to ensure that clients enjoy excellent service, with their needs met in a professional & personable way.
Key Responsibilities Control and Monitor all assigned projects to include project risks, issues and scope.
Technical Upgrade Projects for both On Premises and Cloud clients to the latest software version.
Migrating of On Premises Dye & Durham systems to Azure Cloud.
Scheduling Upgrade Projects with clients and the installation of Microsoft Office add-ins on local PCs.
Liaising with Third Party I.T.
providers to ensure the appropriate access and infrastructure is in place prior to Upgrades.
Maintain and executing a project plan to be on time and within scope.
Ensure that change management is controlled, recognising the time and cost impact of change.
Provide for continuous improvement by logging feedback and escalate any issues to your Line Manager Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders, especially Clients, keeping them informed of progress on the Project.
Be Responsible for project governance – includes preparation of inputs and responsibility for chairing project meetings with all stakeholders, internal & external.
Liaising with the development team for faults & enhancement requests.
Using internal systems to keep track of your work.
Prioritising and Scheduling work based on relevant criteria and approval from your line manager.
Involvement in other Projects as requested by your Line Manager.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise IT Third Level qualification in computer science, engineering, computer information science, information technology, or a related field.
2+ years Implementation / Project Management Experience in IT A recognised Project Management Qualification is desirable (eg PRINCE2 / PMP ) Proven experience working as an Implementation Specialist.
Sound technical knowledge.
Experience in any of these areas will be beneficial – Technical Support, Application Software Support, Microsoft Windows, Outlook & Office, SQL Databases & SQL Server.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Domain knowledge and/or experience with solicitors or legal functions would desirable.
