Job Title: Executive Assistant Coordinator
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant Coordinator to join a busy executive assistant team on a contract basis. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating a variety of tasks, from travel planning to corporate events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Travel Planning: Arrange national and international travel, including flights, trains, taxis, and accommodation for staff and events.
* Onsite Meetings: Manage meeting logistics such as room bookings, access cards, catering, and lunch bookings.
* Meeting Preparation: Assist with the organization and scheduling of national-level meetings, ensuring all details are covered.
* Event Planning: Support the coordination of corporate events, from venue bookings to hospitality and entertainment.
* Accommodation Bookings: Handle all staff and client accommodation needs for meetings and events.
* Annual Conference: Assist with the planning and execution of the company's annual conference.
* Corporate Entertainment: Organize and manage sports events and other corporate entertainment activities.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in Executive assisting, administration, travel booking, and event planning.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to handle last-minute changes and work under pressure.
* Experience with corporate entertainment and large-scale event planning is a plus.
The salary for this position is €40,000 + DOE. The location is Little Island. This is a 4-week contract.
