Job Summary
In this role, you will focus on the business development of Hilti's product line among current and prospective customers, providing technical support to Hilti's sales force and our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional educational seminars, presentations, and testing details to build knowledge and competency on Hilti's products.
* Inform customers about Hilti solutions, including their performance characteristics, applications, and product limitations.
* Offer competent advice and recommendations on specific applications to internal and external stakeholders, such as building contractors, architects, and engineers.
* Support and influence sales in other specified products by seeking out opportunities and passing leads to the appropriate team member for follow-up.
* Gather, analyze, and report on market information regarding trends, competitive strategies/actions, innovations, and other business conditions that may impact Hilti in the marketplace.
* Identify and implement account acquisition strategies for key competitively owned accounts.
Requirements
* Engineering degree, ideally in Mechanical/Electrical/Fire Engineering.
* Previous experience in a field-based/customer-facing role, preferably within a commercial context.
* Strong project management and organisation skills.
* Full, clean, manual Ireland/EU driving licence.
