KNOW THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor with a passion for luxury retail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have
1. Customer Focus: A strong ability to engage with customers, providing personalised service that exceeds expectations
2. Communication Skills: The ability to represent our brand with confidence and professionalism
3. Product Knowledge: Enthusiasm for learning about our products, and their heritage, and staying informed on the latest trends
4. Professionalism: High standards of integrity and discretion, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our brand's prestige
5. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to create a positive store environment
6. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Know What We're Looking For
We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Sales Advisor at our Christy Outlet, Henry St, North City, Dublin
Experience in a similar environment is preferred but not essential
Duties will include
7. Assisting with ordering & pricing stock, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and all other tasks as required
8. Flexible hours. Flexibility is required as during busy periods it may be necessary to work occasional late evenings and Bank Holidays
