Responsibilities:

* Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, providing critical insights for business growth.
* Prepare and maintain financial spreadsheets, leveraging expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring employee satisfaction and trust.
* Manage project documentation, collaborating with project management to ensure seamless execution.
* Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, safeguarding the company's reputation.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in administrative or accounting roles, preferably with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
