Squarespace is seeking an accomplished Finance Manager to join our team. You will create processes and provide critical analyses and insights to help inform business decision-making. As a member of the Finance team, you will also develop relationships across the organization and communicate information in a concise way, driving processes and outcomes. You will partner directly with our Head of Domains to explore a range of business questions and identify areas for growth, ultimately helping the company to achieve its financial and operational goals through data and sophisticated analysis.
You will be expected to present insights to senior leadership and drive alignment and decisions across the organization. You will dig into challenges – from routine operations, to forecasting and planning, to special projects – to connecting the dots and drawing valuable insights for the business. You will also develop relationships with the leaders on your partner teams, and you should be comfortable presenting financial information across the company in a clear and concise way.
You will report to the Director of Revenue FP&A and be based in our New York City office.
You'll Get To…
1. Act as the strategic financial partner to the domains
2. Own the monthly/quarterly revenue forecasting & reporting processes, building executive level presentations, analyzing results, and building forward-looking business trends
3. Identify, build, and maintain core business KPIs that drive financial performance of the business
4. Apply judgment and financial insights to develop recommendations and influence decision-making related to new initiatives, products, pricing, and other business opportunities.
5. Lead the annual planning process, partnering with business teams to understand strategic initiatives, growth levers, and planned investments.
6. Build financial models, run scenario analysis and provide data analytics to identify areas of risk and opportunity
7. Create and deliver key financial and operational metrics in a timely manner to support management and board reporting
8. Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of existing processes and propose improvements to streamline the use of key business metrics
9. Manage cross functional projects and teams to drive company goals & objectives
Who We're Looking For
1. 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis with a focus on topline
2. Experience preparing and presenting financial analysis, forecasting, and recommendations to executives and senior-level stakeholders that drive business results
3. Experience developing and driving financial budgeting and forecasting
4. Analytical and modeling skills with the ability to synthesize and analyze data to create useful information and concise analysis
5. Keen eye for detail while able to present macro trends to the highest levels of management

Cash Compensation Range: $148,500 – $239,200 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), all Squarespace employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.
