Pestle & Mortar, an award-winning skincare brand, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our multi-channel marketing initiatives.
This role will play a pivotal part in enhancing brand visibility, driving sales across retail, e-commerce, B2B, and distribution channels, and mentoring a dynamic marketing team.
Key Responsibilities Design and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to expand market reach and optimize performance across retail stores, e-commerce, B2B partnerships, and distribution channels.
Develop and refine strategies to achieve brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue goals.
Apply the principles of Hook, Story, Offer to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
Utilize HubSpot and Airtable to manage campaigns, track performance, and optimize workflows across channels.
Spearhead digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Google Ads, and Meta to increase website traffic, conversions, and brand visibility.
Oversee e-commerce performance, focusing on user experience, SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate digital efforts with in-store promotions and distribution initiatives.
Product Mix Management by Channel Develop and manage the product mix strategy for each channel (retail, e-commerce, B2B, and distribution) to ensure product availability, visibility, and alignment with target customer needs.
Monitor product performance across channels and collaborate with internal teams to adjust offerings based on sales data, market trends, and consumer feedback.
Ensure product selection and marketing initiatives are tailored to maximize profitability in each channel.
Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, increase customer retention, and drive conversions.
Develop comprehensive email funnels tailored to specific audience segments, leveraging the Hook, Story, Offer framework to guide the customer journey.
Utilize HubSpot to manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, automate workflows, and analyze performance metrics.
Campaign Management Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking using Airtable and HubSpot for streamlined collaboration and reporting.
Ensure campaigns align with inbound and outbound marketing principles, focusing on generating leads and converting them into loyal customers.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain campaign consistency across all channels.
Product Launches Plan and execute impactful product launches across all sales channels.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding tailored to consumer and B2B audiences.
Leverage the Hook, Story, Offer framework in launch campaigns to maximize impact and build a deeper connection with target audiences.
Manage and mentor a small marketing team, fostering a culture of performance and creativity.
Oversee the work of key team members, including the Copywriter, Social Media Executive, Content Creator, Visual Merchandiser, Amazon Seller Controller, and Graphic Designer, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Content Creation & Influencer Partnerships Guide the Content Creator and Social Media Executive to develop compelling content strategies for social media, blogs, and email campaigns.
Supervise influencer collaborations to enhance brand reach, ensuring partnerships align with overall marketing goals and brand authenticity.
Ensure content and influencer initiatives incorporate the Hook, Story, Offer approach for consistency and effectiveness.
Analytics & Reporting Utilize analytics tools and HubSpot dashboards to track and assess performance across retail, e-commerce, B2B, and distribution channels.
Analyze email marketing funnel performance, campaign metrics, and channel-specific KPIs to refine strategies.
Monitor product mix performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Generate and present regular reports on ROI, channel performance, and campaign success metrics.
Budget Management Collaborate on budget allocation across marketing activities, ensuring resources are efficiently utilized for maximum ROI.
Requirements Minimum of 7 years of experience in a marketing role with responsibilities similar to this position, preferably in the skincare, beauty, or wellness industry.
Demonstrated success in multi-channel marketing, including retail, e-commerce, and B2B environments.
Experience managing product mix strategies and optimizing product offerings by channel.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
Proficiency in HubSpot for campaign management, email marketing, and inbound/outbound marketing strategies.
Experience using Airtable for campaign planning and workflow optimization.
Strong understanding of inbound and outbound marketing principles.
Expertise in digital marketing platforms, SEO, and email marketing tools.
A strong understanding of the Hook, Story, Offer framework and proven ability to integrate it into marketing strategies, including email funnels.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
