Job Title: Assistant Retail Manager
The role of an Assistant Retail Manager at Holland & Barrett involves supporting the Store Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of a store and serving as a brand ambassador.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with the Store Manager to build a high-performing team by recruiting, coaching, training, and setting clear expectations.
* Act as a role model for world-class customer service and drive financial performance by achieving sales targets.
* Maintain stock accuracy, set up store promotional plans, and ensure full compliance with health and safety protocols.
* Embark on a training programme to become a Health & Wellness specialist, including obtaining 'Qualified to Advise' and 'Healthy Expert' qualifications.
Requirements:
* Previous retail experience.
* Excellent communication and people management skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Ability to understand and analyse sales figures daily to enable the store to trade within company parameters and goals.
* Passion and enthusiasm for our products.
* Ability to complete regular computer-based training to ensure exceptional product knowledge.
* Agility and flexibility to multitask and achieve the best results.
