Administrative Support
* Assist with meeting notes, diary management, reports, and HR invoicing to ensure timely payments.
* Filing and Record Maintenance: Manage HR filing systems per GDPR, support record retention or disposal, and assist with annual reviews.
* Contractor and FOI Coordination: Organize HR contractor meetings and support the response to Freedom of Information requests.
* HRIS Support: Maintain HRIS data accuracy, generate reports, and resolve minor system issues.
* TMS Support: Ensure accurate time tracking, assist with leave policies, and produce monthly holiday/TOIL reports.
* Training and System Support: Provide training on HR systems and assist with self-service module support.
* Process Improvements: Contribute to system efficiency's and the automation of HR administrative tasks.
The Role Requirements
* 5 GCSEs A-C Grade including English and Maths
* Experience in data input and retrieval
* Production and generation of report
* Responding to a range of stakeholders
* Desirable Experience working within a HR team
* Knowledge of computerised HR Systems
