ATG are seeking a Structural Engineer to join a growing team in Cork. The successful candidate will work on a variety of structural projects, from initial concept design through to construction.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and analyze structural elements in steel, concrete, timber, and masonry.
* Develop and review structural calculations, drawings, and reports.
* Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
* Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations, Eurocodes, and industry standards.
* Conduct site inspections and structural assessments to monitor construction progress.
* Provide technical input on feasibility studies and planning applications.
* Support senior engineers and project managers in the successful delivery of projects.
* Assist in mentoring junior engineers and graduates.
Key Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in structural design.
* Working towards or holding Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with Engineers Ireland is an advantage.
* Proficiency in structural design software such as Tekla, ETABS, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
* Strong knowledge of Eurocodes, Irish Building Regulations, and Health & Safety standards.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.
