3Q Recruitment is seeking a Paediatrics Nurse on behalf of our client, located in Cork. As a Nurse, you will conduct comprehensive needs assessments, develop tailored care plans, and deliver exceptional care while fostering strong professional relationships with both the children and their families.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
* Take responsibility for the nursing care of allocated patients on each shift.
* Work within the nursing team and assist colleagues as necessary.
* Ensure the highest standards in patient care are provided and maintained at all times.
* Collaborate as part of the multidisciplinary team.
* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.
Qualifications/Requirements:
* Registration on the Paediatrics or General Division of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
* Experience within Paediatrics or dual qualifications in Paediatrics nursing.
* Exhibit strong communication and clinical skills.
* Maintain fluency in English, both written and spoken.
* Be computer literate.
* Show flexibility and excellent use of initiative.
