Customer Success Agent
Location: Little Island - Onsite
Permanent contract
Monday - Friday
Duties:
* Ongoing management of existing customer relationships
* Daily calls, emails and customer meetings with existing customers
* Continuous logging of customer activity on internal databases
* Support and resolve customer and partner queries on product issues, received by phone, email, or other mode of communication
* Support onboarding of new customers
* Support internal department on customer queries, support and training when necessary
* Collect and review customer feedback to pass onto developers or solution design
What do you need?
* Previous customer service experience in a BPO, call centre or customer support centre is essential
* Previous experience working in a fast paced environment alongside targets
* Interest in providing high quality customer service
* Excellent attention to detail
* Previous systems experience - technical experience is required
