Demand Manager UK, Ireland & Nordics
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Demand Manager. This is an international role covering the UK, Ireland, and Nordic regions.
This role will be part of the Global Operations & Production department and reports directly to the Head of Supply Chain.
As Demand Manager, you will be responsible for defining the demand planning strategy and operations. You will work closely with local suppliers and stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of demand forecasts and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
You will also manage product lifecycles, including generating forecasts for new products and managing inventory levels. Your expertise in statistical forecasting and data analysis will be crucial in this role.
To succeed in this position, you will need a university degree in Engineering or Business with a focus on Supply Chain Management. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG sector, is required.
Key skills include proficiency in MS Excel, strong computer literacy, and excellent communication skills. Experience with SAP SD/MM and Key Account Management is desirable.
