Compile, analyse, and report on trial results, extracting key insights to refine marketing strategies.
Provide actionable recommendations to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction based on trial data.
Marketing Material Creation for Europe:
Leverage trial data to create compelling marketing materials tailored to the European market.
Work closely with regional teams to ensure all materials are compliant with local market needs and regulations.
Continuously update and maintain marketing collateral to support new product launches and campaigns.
Technical Support to Sales Managers:
Provide ongoing technical support to sales managers, helping them understand product features, benefits, and technical details.
Resolve technical inquiries from the sales team, ensuring clear, accurate, and effective communication.
Assist in the development and updating of technical resources, guides, and training materials for the sales staff.
Customer Interaction & Relationship Management:
Participate in customer meetings alongside sales managers to gather feedback, address concerns, and discuss potential product improvements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure their needs are fully understood and met.
Website Content Development & Management:
Collaborate with the IT department to develop, update, and maintain content on the company's website, ensuring it aligns with marketing strategies and product launches.

Trademark Management:
