We are seeking a highly motivated Grant Documentation Administrator to join our QA & Documentation department.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the grant management process by ensuring the preparation and collection of accurate and organized documentation of all aspects of grant applications.
This position involves working closely with the grant management team to maintain records, upload grant applications, and ensure compliance with grant guidelines, with a special focus on Solar PV grants.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain and organize documentation related to grant applications, approvals, financial reports, and other relevant materials.
* Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
* Monitor grant deadlines and ensure all documentation is submitted in a timely manner.
* Input and maintain data in the grant management software or database, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
* Liaise with homeowners, BER Assessors, builders, and other professionals on documentation requirements.
* Assist with the preparation of grant documents, creating templates, and ensuring consistency in presentation.
* Assist in preparing for internal or external audits by ensuring proper documentation is available and organized.
* Support the grant team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and conducting basic research on potential grant opportunities.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience in administrative support and document coordination role.
* Previous experience in grant administration is advantageous, as is experience working with government departments, or within the renewable energy sector.
Skills:
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM database management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
