Contract: Full-time Permanent Position 39hrs PW
Locations: Athlone Area
1 centre with 5 service users + Day Services with management support. This can also vary to meet the service needs.
The Role:
The Team Manager will provide leadership and direction for the team, actively coordinating the team to ensure the development of person-centred services as agreed on the Service Plan for each Service Area. The role is full-time supernumerary.
The Team Manager will support the staff teams and be responsible for the overall operational management of specified locations of the service.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Service Coordinator/ Area Manager to ensure that services are delivered in an efficient and effective manner within the agreed budget, and will be proactive members of the management team.
Requirements:
1. Level 7 or 8 in Social Care or Equivalent
2. Level 6 in Management
3. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Intellectual Disability
4. 3 years Supervisory or Management experience
