We have an exciting new role for a Marketing Graduate to join a successful company as a Marketing & Admin Coordinator in Castlebar, Co. Mayo
Responsibilities/core tasks of the position include, but are not limited to:
* Assist in developing/updating and management of marketing materials including letterhead, brochures, posters, flyers, e-newsletters etc.
* Develop marketing strategies for website, social media, tradeshows etc.
* Assist with website update and manage social media accounts
* Assist with set up for trade shows and demonstrate the quality of our business and products
* Assist with preparation of quotations and price lists
* Manage relationships with clients and key accounts and report status to the management team
* Dealing with customer requests effectively and ensuring requirements are executed throughout the organisation
* Entering customer orders accurately to the production and supply chain system for action
* Manage customer order schedule and regularly update client on delivery status
* Collecting performance data to prepare metrics for customer orders
* Preparing datasheets and promotional catalogues for customers
* Prepare documentation and paperwork for global shipments
* Work with procurement to coordinate freight and logistics companies to fit with collection schedules
* Comply with standard operating procedures and work systems
* Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
* Ad hoc administrative duties
* Demonstrate superior time management skills to meet sales deadlines
* Market Research
* Understand and apply with our QEHS policies statement in all aspects of your work
* Contribute towards achieving company objectives that are of relevance to your work
Requirements:
* Graduate or 1+ years’ experience in similar role.
* Qualification in Marketing or equivalent.
* Good IT skills.
* Good communication and organisation skills.
