Job Title: Compliance Officer
Euronext's purpose is to shape capital markets for future generations. As a Compliance Officer, you will contribute to the success of the relevant compliance functions for Euronext Group.

Your Role
The role will be based either in Dublin or Paris. You will participate in Euronext group-wide efforts to implement, promote and mature the compliance culture of Euronext. Your key responsibilities include:
* Contributing to core Compliance policies review and monitoring from a group wide perspective.
* Ensuring applicability to local market.
* Supporting groupwide risk analysis in relation to compliance risk and Client/Product risk in the execution of their risk analysis, including local requirements.
* Creating awareness at the Group and local level of such policies and practices.
* Participating in Group initiatives and projects, as identified.
* Assisting in the development and implementation of the local compliance monitoring program in line with the risk based Group approach and the requirements of the Regulator.
* Performing monitoring controls in line with this risk based approach and reporting to Group and Local management.
* Working closely with and maintaining strong internal relationships with business units.
* Supporting the local MLRO.
Requirements
Candidates will need to come with the right set of values that will fit in the Euronext's culture. Some important attributes include high energy, adaptability, hands-on style, flexible attitude, independent personality, strong interpersonal and relationship skills. Additionally, candidates should have experience from compliance work in the financial sector, knowledge of MiFID requirements, ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with different levels of an organization, ability to understand and transform compliance requirements into business context, flexibility and openness to change, exposure to international markets, proven experience with project requiring strong attention to detail and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communicative skills in English. A Bachelor's degree in business, administration, economics, engineering or similar, and compliance qualifications are desirable.
