We provide comprehensive training, teaching you everything from handling multiple calls to managing customer queries, making outbound calls, and even diary management. What You'll Be Doing:
* Warm Welcomes: Be the friendly face that greets every visitor and guest. Your warm welcome will set the tone for their experience.
* Smooth Front Desk Operations: Keep our front desk organized and running smoothly, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere.
* Handle inbound calls on behalf of our clients, representing their businesses with professionalism and care. You'll expertly direct calls, take detailed messages, and promptly forward them via phone call or email.
* Engage in outbound lead generation, proactively reaching out to potential customers to help grow the client's businesses—your excellent communication skills will shine here!
* Safety First: Monitor and control access to the premises, maintaining a secure environment for all.
* Problem Solver: Handle customer or visitor inquiries with a smile, resolving issues on the spot or escalating them to the right person when necessary.
* Keep Us Stocked: Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed, ensuring everything is in tip-top shape.
* Attention to Detail: From keeping the room fresh with regular sprays to mastering the essential codes (WiFi, alarms), you will ensure everything runs like clockwork.
* Client Knowledge: Know our clients inside and out, ensuring only authorized individuals gain access to our premises.
* Ad hoc Admin Duties: Jump in to assist with various administrative tasks as needed, keeping our operations seamless.
Skills We're Looking For:
We are seeking a dependable and personable individual to join our dynamic team. If you are tech-savvy, quick on your feet, and ready to contribute, we encourage you to apply below. Previous experience as a receptionist is a strong plus.
