We’re also the creators of Nevo, Ireland’s only dedicated platform helping consumers transition to electric vehicles.Recently acquired by ACV Auctions, a Nasdaq-listed company, Drive Inc. is poised for even greater growth as we expand into new markets and innovate further.We’re seeking a Product Manager to join our growing team, drive product innovation, and shape the future of our brands.Your Responsibilities:Define and maintain a clear product roadmap, aligned with business objectives and customer needs.Lead the delivery of key features and improvements across your product area, from ideation to launch.Work closely with business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility.Partner with software engineering teams to communicate requirements through user stories and other agile methodologies.Gather and analyse customer feedback, using insights to enhance user experiences and optimise business outcomes.Use data-driven approaches to measure the success of product initiatives and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with design to shape intuitive and user-friendly solutions tailored to our customers' needs.Contribute to evolving our ways of working, helping the team reflect, learn, and grow after each iteration.What You Need to Be SuccessfulWe’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives in dynamic environments, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.You’ll Excel If You Have:Proven experience as a Product Manager working with customer-facing platforms, preferably involving transactions like eCommerce, marketplaces, or trading systems.A track record of developing market strategies and successfully launching products that deliver measurable impact.Strong collaboration skills with engineering, business, and external stakeholders.The ability to think holistically, translating a vision into actionable strategies and execution.Familiarity with Agile methodologies, user stories, and working within cross-functional teams.Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and measuring success.Bonus Points:Experience with external technology partnersKnowledge of the automotive industryWhat’s in it for You?Here’s what you can expect as part of our team:Join an ambitious tech company reshaping the way people buy and sell vehicles.Be part of a Nasdaq-listed company (through our acquisition by ACV Auctions) with opportunities to contribute to market expansion and innovation.A generous stock option plan in a publicly traded company.A semi-flexible hybrid model, with 3 days a week in our central Dublin office.Drive Inc.
