The Admissions Advisor is a role within the Regulatory Services and Admissions Team (Dublin) and is responsible for ensuring that Euronext regulatory obligations are discharged appropriately at all times and that applications from issuers of debt, funds and exchange traded funds are reviewed for suitability for admission to the markets of Euronext.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Deliver a positive and differentiated experience to Euronext customers at all times.
2. Apply ENX and EU regulatory standards to listing/trading applications on a robust, timely and consistent basis.
3. Review applications from companies seeking admission of their debt/fund securities to listing and trading on ENX markets.
4. Liaise with listing agents, legal firms, service providers and international financial firms on issues arising on listing applications.
5. Liaise with the Central Bank regarding regulatory matters related to listing and prospectuses.
6. Support policy development, including ENX rule books and delivery of regulatory solutions to ENX customers.

Your Profile:
1. Previous experience at a legal, financial services or transferable firm.
2. Strong analytical skills, as well as excellent written and communication skills.
3. An understanding of capital markets and debt securities.
4. Knowledge/experience of the EU securities legislation.
5. Good organizational skills and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
6. Great attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Fluent in English; while French, Italian are an advantage.
