The Role: The role will include: Monitoring company annual returns.
Filing company annual returns Preparation of company minutes.
Providing administrative and secretarial support to our team Attending and taking minutes of, or procuring that minutes are taken, of General Meetings, Board meetings and specified sub-committee meetings Our Company Secretarial Administrator will be a key member of our expert team and contribute to the growth and development of the Practice.

The Ideal Candidate: Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience working in a similar position and will have; Excellent communication and time management skills.
Strong analytical skills.
A willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
