As an HR Systems Analyst, you will support the HR Systems Manager in the administration, maintenance and optimisation of our Workday platform. You’ll play a key part in ensuring Workday effectively supports our people, payroll processes and initiatives across the organisation. The HR Systems Analyst is vital to the expansion of Leonardo Hotels, so we want you to bring your dynamic personality to work with you every day!
The base location for this role is flexible and we are happy to discuss hybrid-working arrangements at interview.

Main responsibilities of the HR Systems Analyst include:
Providing first-line support for Workday-related issues, resolving technical challenges and providing guidance on system capabilities
Assisting with configuring Workday modules (including Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Talent, etc.), implementing updates and minor enhancements under the guidance of the HR Systems Manager
Generating reports to support HR operations and strategic decision-making
Dashboard and discovery boards: Help generate and maintain Dashboards while providing assistance to people wishing to use discovery boards,
Documenting configurations changes, processes and system updates to support efficient HRIS management and knowledge-sharing
Assisting with the preparation of training materials and delivering training sessions to promote effective use of the Workday system.
Working with the HR Systems Manager to identify opportunities for system enhancements, recommending improvements to streamline HR processes and increase system efficiency.
