We are building a team in the UK and are looking for a Project Coordinator supporting the Tower Development department. This includes, but is not limited to data entry, document management, purchase order creation, and processing deliverables for all Tower Development projects in the market.
What You Will Be Doing?
* Deal directly with contractors for vendor management items.
* Data entry for site related info to be input to the Project Management software (OneVizion).
* Maintain filing systems as assigned.
* Retrieve information as requested from records, email, and other related documents; prepare written summaries of data when needed.
* Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings.
* Prepare and coordinate all items related to Purchase Orders and project invoices.
* Document management including administration and input of data and files as well as assistance in implementing and supporting processes for the Tower Development department.
* Assist and support all Tower Development field operations managers and staff as well as senior management.
* Support the Project Team with items needed to generate and prepare various reports for departmental review and tracking.
* Support New Tower / Acquisition Integration activities (Document collection, review and management).
What We Are Looking For?
* College / technical school degree or equivalent military experience preferred.
* 3+ years of telecom coordination experience required.
