This involves using our cutting-edge Care Management System (CMS) to record care calls accurately, manage changes, and communicate efficiently with clients, team members, and managers.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the schedules of our dedicated staff across multiple service areas

* Ensure the seamless scheduling and coordination of our staff
Requirements:
* 2 years of experience in a similar role or with transferable skills
* A minimum of a QQI Level 5 in a relevant discipline
