We are looking for a GRC Senior Officer - IT Risk to join our growing Operational Resilience Team. As a key member of the team, supporting the Groups Risk function, you will work closely with colleagues at all levels, across various departments and throughout the firm to ensure Alter Domus' resilience through an effective control environment. This will provide the candidate with the visibility and the opportunity to build their role further within the Group. Broader responsibilities of the team include the following but are not limited to:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Support the development and maintenance of a robust, lean, and effective IT Risk Management Framework.
2. Oversight of controls relating to Technology to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data.
3. Coordinate IT risk assessments.
4. Work collaboratively to ensure IT policies, standards, and configurations are adequately maintained, communicated, and compliant with internal and external policies or regulations.
5. Coordinate and support delivery of Management Information packs for the Board and the Risk Committee reporting (including KRIs and KPIs).
6. Any other projects/tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's degree in information systems, Cybersecurity, or related field. ITIL certification would be an advantage.
2. Work experience (3-5 years) in the field of IT Risk Management.
3. Familiarity with Information Security and Technology risks in a regulated environment.
4. Exposure to IT processes and controls and Change Management.
5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
6. Good written and verbal communication (English).
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
9. Willingness to learn and develop Project Management skills.
10. Proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic.
11. Eagerness to collaborate with team members.
