Project Quality Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Quality Manager to lead and manage a team of quality inspectors, engineers, and coordinators on a large-scale project in Cork.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily inspections and testing of construction materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with specifications.
* Provide guidance and mentoring to construction teams on quality standards, inspection procedures, and best practices.
* Coordinate with construction management, design teams, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues and ensure project goals are achieved.
* Maintain thorough records of inspections, tests, certifications, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
Requirements:
* Third-level qualification required.
* Minimum 5 years of direct experience in construction-related quality management systems.
* Experience on construction projects, ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and standards.
* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Desirable Skills:
* Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems - requirements) international standard or equivalent.
* Experience in inspection, testing, and quality control for major civil engineering work.
* Material testing on civil engineering projects.

This is a full-time permanent position that offers a competitive salary range of €65k-€75k DOE, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
