Job Description:
HR Specialist
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our HR team in a dynamic and expanding corporation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for various HR duties and projects, including employee engagement, time and attendance reporting, compensation and benefits administration, recruitment campaigns, onboarding new hires, training and development programs, and HR metrics data reporting.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee engagement and query resolution
2. T&A reporting
3. Comps/bens administration
4. Running recruitment campaigns
5. Onboarding new hires
6. Overseeing training/L&D programmes
7. HR metrics/data reporting
8. Supporting the HR Manager and wider leadership teams with their HR needs and projects
Requirements:
* 3rd level degree qualified in a HR or related discipline
* 3+ years relevant HR experience as a minimum
* Experience gained in a manufacturing or engineering environment is not essential but would be an advantage
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
* Strong IT, data analysis and HR reporting skills
* Due to the rural location of this company, you must have your own transport
About the Role:
This is a permanent role with a competitive salary range of €45,000 to €50,000 depending on candidate skills and experience.
The role will be fully office-based initially, with the potential for one day from home/remote once fully onboarded.
