Job Description

Your role will involve supporting the Finance Manager and team with various tasks including accounts receivable, management accounts, and reporting.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Finance Manager and team with various tasks.
* Handling accounts receivable tasks such as sales reporting, overdue analysis, processing credits, and cash projections.
* Ensuring compliance with Group reporting, policies, and procedures.
* Calculating and journaling monthly accruals, prepayments, and estimated balances.
* Reviewing and journaling month-end stock records, valuations, and movements.
* Preparing weekly bank reconciliations and monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations.
* Assisting with the preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns, ensuring VAT compliance.
Requirements
This role is ideally suited to individuals who are part-qualified under a recognised professional accountancy body and possess at least two years of recent experience in a similar role within industry or a professional accountancy firm.

* Part-qualification under a recognised professional accountancy body.
* At least two years of recent experience in a similar role.
* The ability to meet regular, tight reporting deadlines.
