Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our client's kitchen team in Dingle, Co. Kerry.
The successful candidate will support the Head Chef in managing a busy service, ensuring seamless food delivery and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Head Chef in planning and executing menus, maintaining high standards of presentation and taste.
* Manage kitchen operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
* Collaborate with the team to achieve smooth service, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
* Foster a positive team culture, promoting open communication and respect among colleagues.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality cuisine and excellent customer service.
* Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure and professionalism at all times.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve shared goals.
* Flexible to work varied shifts, including mornings, lunches, evenings, and weekends, with a commitment to providing exceptional service throughout.
