**Job Overview**
We are seeking a top-calibre Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team based in Kearys Belgard, Dublin.
**Responsibilities**
* Formulate business development plans and assist the team in completing the introduction, negotiation, cooperation, and signing of business cooperation projects.
* Contact, negotiate, and close profitable deals.
* Support and design special campaigns to increase trading volume.
* Build partnerships with key automotive sector companies.
* Conduct research to identify new market trends and customer needs.
* Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
**Key Requirements**
* Motor trade experience is desirable but not necessary.
* 1-2 years Business Development experience.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in channel development, market development.
* Possess strong numerical ability and IT skills.
* Full clean driver's licence.
