About the Role:
As a Technical Product Manager, you will be advancing the voice of the enterprise and making it easier for people to interact with their healthcare provider. You will work alongside the Contact Center Analytics and Automation team to ensure the next generation of Contact Center platforms at United Health Group is leading the industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Key Program Events: Organize and facilitate key product and program events such as PI (Program Increment) Planning and road mapping events
* Support Teams: Act as a servant leader and coach for the ART, helping teams deliver value and ensuring smooth delivery of products and programs
* Communication: Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency across the teams
* Risk Management: Identify, manage, and mitigate risks and dependencies that could impact the delivery of key product deliverables
* Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging teams to reflect and improve their processes
* Problem-Solving: Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes within the teams
* Impediment Removal: Help teams identify and remove impediments and blockers that hinder their progress
Required Qualifications:
* Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software development processes, programming languages, and technologies
* Business Acumen: Ability to align technical aspects with business goals and customer needs
* Experience in agile frameworks It's beneficial to have experience working in a Lean-Agile environment
* Soft Skills: Effective communication, leadership, facilitation, and problem-solving skills are crucial
Salary:
$120,000 - $160,000 per year
