This role is part of our Facilities Management team and serves as a key representative of Sensori. As a valued team member, you will be expected to maintain the highest standards of professional behavior and attitude. You will report directly to an on-site supervisor and your duties will be determined by business needs and site conditions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Carry out tasks as instructed by your supervisor.
* Set up and alter rooms as required for events or customer requests.
* Ensure all equipment is in good working order and remove any damaged items, reporting defects as necessary.
* Safely store all equipment when not in use.
* Perform maintenance checks and inspections as directed by your supervisor.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Sensori's QEHS policies and procedures.
* Support the facilities team in providing exceptional service to our customers, as instructed by your supervisor. This may involve escorting contractors or staff members and acting as a safety spotter during high-risk tasks.
* Complete reports and update tasks on our CAFM system.
* Liaise with your supervisor to provide updates on site activities.

This role offers opportunities for career growth within Sensori and the wider facilities management industry. Full training will be provided, but previous experience in similar roles or related qualifications such as SafePass or manual handling certifications are advantageous.
A strong command of the English language and ability to write and update our CAFM system are essential requirements for this position.
