About THE ROLE
The Floor Manager plays a key role in achieving the highest levels of customer service, sales, and profit. Responsibilities include:
1. Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor.
2. Support the management team in managing all personnel, product, and merchandising functions.
3. Communicate with staff daily regarding sales goals and performance.
4. Hold ‘one minute meetings’ at the end of shifts to provide feedback.
5. Execute and model company best practices in Customer Service and Store Operations.
6. Achieve company standards/goals for personal sales results.
7. Respond to and communicate with the Store Manager on competitive information.
8. Focus staff on the importance of quality relationships with customers.
9. Effectively manage customer complaints.
10. Analyse store level reports and create action plans.
11. Communicate with the Store Manager regarding operational issues.
12. Perform Manager-on-duty functions.

1. Previous track record in supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand.
2. Experience in people management with conflict resolution skills.
3. Effective communicator with relationship-building skills.
4. Team player who celebrates contributions of others.
5. Confident in providing constructive feedback.
6. Able to adapt quickly to change.
7. Energetic and authentic presence on the shop floor.
8. Proactive in finding in-store solutions.
